I have just purchased a car from Western Motors , Galway , I was dealing with Gabriel , Carla and Tom , I have to say the service was excellent from start to finish, was so impressed . Gabriel was very efficient and professional . Nothing was a problem . Tom even drove over to Co.louth on his birthday to deliver it . Would 100% recommend these guys. I can't compliment them enough, Thank you for your excellent service .

Having dealt with Gabriel over the past six years, it's been a complete pleasure. His help and assistance in sorting out cars for us, has made life so much easier. The personal and friendly atmosphere he exudes, plus after sales follow up and contact, is second to none. Thanks Gabriel.

Hello everyone, I write this in english, but we were from Germany and on our holiday tour through Ireland. On the road from Clifden to Roundstone there came a motorhome on this narrow street and damaged my right side wing mirror, this happend on 13th may.... Glas broken, Housing broken, Mirror broken completely hanging down from the door...We managed to fix it with Tape and looked for a Volkswagen Service Point and Garage. We found Western Motors in Galway by Google and phoned them...Daniel was on the phone and he was a great help to check what to do...We should come to them to look what they can do to fix it. When we arrived they told us they can order the mirror, but it will take minimum two days, because it is for a left hand droven car and is of course not in stock, all cars in Ireland are right hand cars...and it takes more time to paint the mirror housing...but we had to drive to Dublin to catch our ferry back to france. We asked them whether they can cut of the electric cables and take the broken mirror off, so we can drive with only on wing mirror....So they had a look what to do and after a few minutes Joe came to us and told us thet they can fix the Mirror and put a new glass on it, they drilled some new holes and will fix the mirror safely with some more screws ...so we could drive on now with the right side wing mirror...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOU HELP AND THIS SOLUTION !!!
