The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Excellent service great responsive on the phone. I have purchased two vw cars with this company and will continue with this company. While I was waiting for my new car to arrive they gave me a courtesy car for a number of days under vw insurance at no extra cost. I compare to VW dealers in the south of country. Location and customer parking good. Big bright showroom. Maybe missing some character?…I didn’t feel welcome, did feel a bit ‘watched’, it’s just another VW ‘machine’ of a building. Nobody said hi until I was walking out…a pity really. I’ll try again, hopefully better next time.
