Last week I purchased a ‘new’ to me I.D3. It’s my first time in many years dealing with VW. My experience to date has been excellent with Shane who was very generous with his time and management of the transaction. He was quick to respond with any queries or concerns. He even had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the passenger seat for me when I called to pick up the car. Oran was excellent also in runny me through the technologies in the car - it’s not all intuitive! So his help was gratefully appreciated too. Where do I start ..from the moment I walked into Frank Keanes I happen to catch Shane's big smile and asked about a car and he jumped from his chair and got right to it, We got on straight away my old age didnt put him off, 😂 and he put me at ease ..I knew what car I was looking for and he helped me find it ,great choice Shane love it .
