I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Bought an ID4 in JD about 6 months ago with 2 years of warranty + smart protection - I have to say all process was smooth - I'd like to thank Gavin Kelly for the excellent service, making sure all the things we agreed upon were addressed. I would def go back there for another car when the time comes since they earned my trust.

Do not buy a car off these people. I bought a 2021 T-Cross car from them brand new. After three years of driving the EPC went causing engine malfunction and they refused to fix or even diagnose without charging me in full as they told me the warranty is up after three years. The service guy I spoke to was exceptionally rude. After speaking to the consumer protection commission they told me an engine is warranted longer than three years and statute of limitations and consumer rights overrides the warranty when it comes to an engine and advices me to seek legal advice which is what I am in the process of doing.
