Lovely showroom. Gorgeous cars. Stay away if you value the trade in value of your car . I was recently offered between €4000 and €5000 below what other Main dealerships were offering as a trade in value of my car . Give this place a wide berth.

Avoid if you value your time and sanity. Service department is not properly staffed (At the time my car was dropped in multiple job postings for service staff). On all occasions I've had to drop my car in they've never had a replacement. The last time I had my car in, I opted not to get a replacement with AA as I figured the issue was an easy fix. They didn't bother diagnosing the car for 5 days and when they did and had the parts in stock they delayed the fix as they couldn't get me on the first ring despite me ringing them back that day and as usual no one answered in their service department. Also every time I rung, no one in the service department answered.

Without doubt the worst Volkswagen service experience I’ve had to date. It was my first time servicing my car with Blackwater motors, just needed a basic service and brake pads and disks replaced. I was given a quote by email where I specified what I needed done. Firstly upon arrival the staff took their time getting around to dealing with me, in addition I had to re-confirm what I needed done where I was told the car may be ready for 3/4 in the afternoon, I dropped the car at 8:45am. I’ve never had this lack of preparation in a VW dealership before. I was then called at 12:30 given a run down of other things they felt needed correcting with the car, quoting me over €1400 in extras of diagnostics. I was also told I’d get a call when the car was almost ready. Roll on 5pm no call, and when I tried to call several times I was put on hold saying all operators were busy. Being mindful it was a Friday and the place closed at 6 I showed up after 5 to find staff chatting to one another, no phones appeared to be busy, also my car was parked at the front door ready to go but nobody notified me. To top it off the person at the desk couldn’t tell me what was done with the car or what to quote me for almost twenty minutes, the customer care is absolutely shockingly appalling. I’m not usually one to complain in all honesty, but my typical experience with VW dealership services in other parts of the country is booking in for what I need, dropping the keys in the morning without having to sit and explain what I need again, having the car serviced along with any additional requirements outlined by technicians and picking the car up by 2 oclock. The car wasn’t even cleaned properly after the service it nearly came out looking worse than when it went in. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but here
