Bought a car in Feb 2024. From the day I took it home I had coolant problems. Apparently the warranty doesn't cover this nor the battery I had to replace. I was never given any paper work re the warranty. I would not buy another car from this garage. Make sure you understand what your warranty includes/excludes.

I purchased a Mazda 6 from Charles Hurst Usedirect in February 2023, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Within hours of receiving the car, I encountered persistent DPF issues that rendered the vehicle unusable. Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution from the dealership, including calls, emails, and in-person visits, the issues were never properly addressed. I have spent over €5,000 in repairs. The dealership's lack of accountability and unresponsive behavior, including broken promises to call back and long delays, has been unacceptable. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.
