The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Excellent service great responsive on the phone. I have purchased two vw cars with this company and will continue with this company. While I was waiting for my new car to arrive they gave me a courtesy car for a number of days under vw insurance at no extra cost. I compare to VW dealers in the south of country. Location and customer parking good. Big bright showroom. Maybe missing some character?…I didn’t feel welcome, did feel a bit ‘watched’, it’s just another VW ‘machine’ of a building. Nobody said hi until I was walking out…a pity really. I’ll try again, hopefully better next time.
