We had a really great experience with Long Mile Motors. We walked in to check a car and were greeted by Ivan, who took his time to explain everything about the car and the business. He even arranged a test drive for me on the same day, which I really appreciated. When it was time to collect the car, I dealt with Alan, who was just as professional. He explained the warranty in detail and made sure I understood everything I needed to know before driving off. The car itself is in excellent condition and drives perfectly so far. I absolutely love driving it — it’s so smooth. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with this dealer. The whole process was smooth, and we didn’t have a single worry at any point. If we ever need to buy another car, we’ll definitely be coming back. A very professional team overall. I recently got a full valet done for my Audi A4, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My seats had some stubborn stains that kept reappearing even after previous cleaning attempts, but the team at Long Mile Motors did an exceptional job getting rid of them completely, it has been over a month now with no sign of them coming back. They even kept the car an extra day to give it another wash and make sure everything was perfect. When I got the car back, it genuinely felt brand new spotless inside and out, with every stain gone. Absolutely delighted with the service. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
