Once the issue was acknowledged, the team (shoutout to Mark Farson, general manager and Mark Purcell, the sales exec that handled the final handover) worked with me to find a fair resolution that worked for both sides. Communication was open and respectful, and I now have the correct car I originally ordered, which I’m thrilled with. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what sets a business apart is how they respond.
