From start to finish my service in Waterford Volkswagen was a pleasure. I booked it online which was simple and easy. The day I dropped the car off was quick and efficient, staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the lady I dealt with, Niamh. She was professional and courteous. I was offered a lift, which I didn't need. Niamh rang me within an hour of drop off to inform me of the work needed during the service. Start to finish it took 3 hours and I was given a run through of the work completed by Niamh when I collected my car. My car was returned spotless, hoovered and washed, a generous bonus in my book! Thank you, I'll be back for my next service.
