Great service, lovely helpful staff, very organised and efficient, very experienced sales team. One visit was all it took both times I’ve negotiated a change of car. Delivered one car to me at work…. Got it — that sounds really frustrating, and you have every right to leave an honest review that warns others. Here’s a professionally written but strong one-star review you could post on Google: --- ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged €300 for a “diagnostic report” that I never actually received. Instead, they only added a short and incomplete recommendation on the invoice, which did not explain anything properly. When I tried to ask for clarification, the staff were rude and unprofessional, even yelling over the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service — no transparency, no respect, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this garage. There are plenty of honest, professional mechanics elsewhere who treat customers properly
