I want to say a big thank you to Francis. This was the first time I bought a new car and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He couldn't have been any more accommodating, he even came in on his day off to look after me. He then text to make sure I got home okay as I was nervous leaving the showroom. I purchased a Volvo ex 30 new car during the week . I dealt with Willie Stevenson who was great to deal with , full of knowledge about electric vehicles , and followed up with an early morning call to me as promised the following day when he managed to get the information we were looking for from Volvo .
