I want to say a big thank you to Francis. This was the first time I bought a new car and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He couldn't have been any more accommodating, he even came in on his day off to look after me. He then text to make sure I got home okay as I was nervous leaving the showroom. I purchased a Volvo ex 30 new car during the week .
