Volvo V60 2014 R-Design T4 Polestar Package

Selling my 2014 Volvo V60 R-Design T4 Automatic with the factory Polestar package, finished in Pearl White Metallic. The car is an original Japanese import. It has just passed its NCT, which is valid until July 2027, and is taxed until April 2027. The bodywork and interior are both in excellent condition. The car is well equipped, and all features work as they should, including: Air conditioning, Adaptive cruise control, Blind spot monitoring, Heated electric memory seats, Rear parking sensors with rear camera, Keyless entry and push-button start, plus many other features The timing has just been done, along with an oil and filter service, and two door locks have also been replaced. SELLING AS SPARE PARTS. Although the car drives well, is fully road worthy, and just passed its NCT, my mechanic noted a slight turbo "whoosh" noise and some piston slap from the engine. They advised that neither issue is anything to be concerned about, but I personally don't think an engine should be making those noises, even if they can't be heard from inside the cabin. Occasionally, a P0017 fault code appears after a cold start (camshaft/crankshaft correlation – exhaust camshaft). If the code is cleared, it doesn't return until the next cold start. The timing has already been completed and rechecked, and I've ordered a new exhaust camshaft solenoid, although I can't guarantee that it will resolve the issue. For that reason, I'm selling the car as spares. That said, it seems a shame to scrap a car that has just passed its NCT, is road worthy, and still drives well. For someone mechanically minded, it could be a worthwhile project. I simply no longer have confidence in the car and would rather be upfront about its condition.
