Had a very positive experience dealing with the guys at Kia Airside whilst picking up a Kia EV6. I dealt with Sonny and he had plenty of time for answering questions, test drives, and the financial side of things. I am very disappointed with my service experience. I booked the premium €436 service but called back the next day to downgrade to the basic €240 plan. I was assured this change was noted. Despite this, I was charged the full €436 premium price after less than 1.5 hours of work. Furthermore, I raised an issue with the back seatbelt sensor, but was told simply to "test it," leading me to doubt if any proper diagnostic work was done at all. This rushed service, compounded by the major error in billing, resulted in me paying nearly €450 for minimal work. When questioned, the only explanation for the extra cost was vaguely "more filters" versus "just an oil change." I received very poor value for money. Due to this significant billing error and the lack of diagnostic effort, I will not be returning to this dealership. Receptionist was very welcoming, however! **update as of 28/10/2025** The team have completely stopped replying to my emails. They offered a “free” brake fluid change which wasn’t included in the crazy €430 feed (€250 was for labour) and have said that they “don’t want to start removing parts off the car” as I requested a refunded between the overcharged amount (their internal mistake) and the cost of the agreed basic service plan (€240). Would not be returning here.
