I was so impressed by Joe from the moment I arrived. Even though I was running late, he kindly stayed on to accommodate me as I was passing through. He was incredibly welcoming and immediately put me at ease. Joe’s knowledge of BMWs is exceptional, and his selection of cars was equally impressive — all in excellent condition. He took the time to walk me through the finer details of the car I was looking at, answering every question with patience and genuine care. Even after the sale, I had to call Joe about a few things I couldn’t figure out on my own, and he was more than helpful — it’s clear he truly cares about his customers. I can’t recommend this dealer enough. I’m absolutely delighted with my car and the outstanding service I received.

Bought a 320i off Joe one month ago. Decided to drive it for a while before leaving a review. The car is perfect, was a fair price and Joe is a gent. Great selection of cars in the yard. I contacted Joe late on a Friday evening asking about viewing a car later that evening and he said no problem and met us at his premises at the appointed time. He had a wide range of 5 Series BMWs all presented in excellent condition for sale. We test drove a few cars and eventually decided on the one we wanted and Joe knocked a few quid off to seal the deal. We collected the car the following Friday on our way back from the airport and again it was a pleasure to deal with Joe. The following day (Saturday) a warning message came on the dashboard and I sent Joe a message and he immediately contacted me and arranged to get the car to his workshop on the Monday. It turned out to be a Nox sensor and Joe took one from a car he had in the showroom so as not to inconvenience me any further. In my opinion it’s not that something went wrong but it’s how it was dealt with and Joe certainly did everything in his power to get me sorted in under an hour. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a secondhand BMW or any car given the service we received from start to finish.
