Bought a 2021 Seat Ateca 2.0 in March 2023. Robert was a pleasure to deal with and kept in touch during the whole process. would give zero stars if that were an option. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive throughout. More seriously, my brother was sold a car that had clear faults which were not properly disclosed. From what we understand, the vehicle had previously been taken as a trade-in, with the previous owner reportedly not receiving proper value for it. It was then passed on and resold despite known issues. When we raised concerns, everything was denied and no effort was made to address the situation. The whole experience felt very dishonest and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this business. It’s not worth the risk.
