Although there was a minor hiccup in communication at the beginning, the team quickly took charge and resolved it with professionalism and care. My car was in for a part replacement recently and I couldn't have been happier with the service I relieved. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I was given a very nice hire car for the day, paid for by the garage, as the repair took a few hours to compete, and I was contacted promptly once it was. Throw in a free car wash and vacuuming as well, which is part of the service provided which was avery nice added bonus. All in all it was a fantastic customer experience and I would recommend them highly
