I’m a long term customer of Conlans . As ever I’m delighted with the attention to detail that is evident there. I was met by a very efficient and friendly receptionist who directed me to the Service Dept. I had already registered online and had an idea of cost of my service in advance. I had booked a courtesy car which I was directed to which I put on my own insurance. While defrosting car an employee of Conlans came up and helped me defrost windscreen. Thank you. Later in Afternoon, I was contacted to say car was ready., I met Alison who explained everything that was done and recommendations made by service department. I paid , and collected my freshly washed and vacuumed car. The following day I received a video explaining the visual examination that had taken place., giving my car a clean bill of health. Thank you to all concerned.

It was my first time to walk into a bmw dealers, let alone purchase one and without a doubt, my experience in Conlans BMW was nothing less than exceptional. From my initial contact with Dave, through to purchase, he was an absolute gentleman. Give him a shout if you're thinking of buying. I'd also like to thank Katie, for the personal tour and set up of my car. Made me feel completely at ease with all the features and app, so thanks Kate, legend! And to Paula, for making the finance end a breeze, I appreciate it. The paperwork was a very easy experience and she was always there to assist when needed. Awesome staff and very professional. Kudos to Jessie & Michelle who sort out all my car issues. BMW engineers and mechanics were magnificent- my car now drives like it is brand new. Highly recommended to all. 👍💯😎💪🙏
