Volkswagen Fox – Reliable & Economical – RED – Well-Maintained! For sale is our beloved VW Fox in eye-catching red. This car has been in our family for years and has only had non-smoking owners. It was first driven by an elderly gentleman, then his granddaughter, and now my wife. We’re only selling it because we need a bigger car. Perfect car for a beginner driver – easy to handle, cheap to run, and you won’t have to spend a fortune at the garage. Mechanically 100% sound, with lots of recent preventative maintenance. All replaced parts were changed due to age, not because of excessive wear: * New suspension components (shocks, springs, stabilizer links, control arm ball joints) * Steering rod replaced * New brake discs and pads * Brand new spark plugs * All filters changed * Engine oil and coolant replaced just a few months ago * Rear boot window (glass) recently replaced * Four new tyres fitted last year All front-end parts are in excellent condition, and the car has mostly been used locally around Newbridge in recent years. Note: The car was repainted by the previous owner due to some scratches (from when it was driven by a young woman). Unfortunately, the paint job wasn't done professionally, so the finish is a bit dull in places. This is purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the performance in any way.
