I purchased a Suzuki Swift a few weeks ago, a straight buy - I was dealing with Fran and had a great experience with him. He answered all questions. There was a good bit of water in the boot where the spare tyre is - We asked about this and it appears to just be due to the power washing before our visit. Fran said there was no need to be concerned and they dried up the water themselves. There has been no sign of that happening since so all is well!
