The time has come to sell my beloved Mk5, just not big enough for the school run anymore. Purchased in March 2023 and had been in storage since 2019 prior to that. Timing belt & pump done 4/23 @ 213,000Km NCT'd in April. €1800 spent this year. Coil springs & shock top mounts replaced. Front brake pads & discs. Handbrake cable and housings replaced. 4 brand new tyres. Full service @ 235,000Km 4 original wheels included. In everyday use up to March of this year, drives beautifully. I inherited 2 issues that I never got fixed..the bolster on the drivers seat is ripped and the roof head liner is sagging. Also, airbag junction connection is iffy, all common issues in Mk5s. This car is good to go! No swaps/part ex.. Cash sale..no cash no test drive. Glenville area. €4995 Ono. Whatsapp preferred during office hours.
