We found the whole process very easy from ordering to arranging finance and delivery. Jason spent 2 hours late in the evening going through all the aspects of the car as we are new to the EV experience. We started actively thinking about buying a full electric car last summer. We read a good bit and saw a Polestar and decided to organise a test drive. I met Jason Ryan up in Polestar Sandyford and took a test drive. He spent a good hour and a half talking me through everything I needed to know which I found really helpful including advising me on getting a home charger installed. We went for the Polestar 4 Business Model and could not be more pleased. We took delivery in early January and again Jason spent nearly 2 hours showing us how some of the features we weren’t familiar with worked including the one pedal drive. He was great with follow up help for glitches like getting my phone to hook up to the digital key. We love the car, the roomy boot, the screen set up and the lovely driving experience. Can’t recommend the Polestar 4 enough.
