X2 Golfs 1981/1982 (Swap)

1981 (NZY reg) Volkswagen Golf with the Bulletproof 1.6 diesel engine - running well. Both rear shock towers rusted, corrosion on rear wings otherwise body not too bad. GLD spec. Starting, Driving & stopping. Interior in good condition. NCT exempt - €56 tax. Vintage insurance. Great project being an original Irish - Co.Louth registered from new. Previous owner drove it since 1983! €1600. Second car 1982 left hand drive 1.6 petrol, another project partially restored - shell much better on this one. Needs fuse box, will run with it . €1200 Best of both cars combined would make a good solid usable classic. Both have brown log books. Can be delivered within a reasonable distance.
