85 liter cheese or Yoghurt vat. Heated by 2x 3000 watt Burco boiler elements, but is adaptable to heating via oil boiler. Working on the basis of a bain marie system. Will come with its on controller via the panel, tempeture is controlled via a PID system in the panel. Ideal for yoghurt but can also be used for cheese, 25 RPM motor in the lid circulates the milk.
