Cold room in excellent condition. 6.4 metre wide x9.3 metres long. 2 separate rooms in one. Divided by an internal panel and sliding door. Rooms 1)6.4 x4.1 x3.1 metre high. Room2) 6.4 x5.2 x3.1 metre high. 2 external sling doors and 1 internal sliding door. Room is forklift accessible even though I never allowed a forklift in. No damage to the panels or doors. The rooms can function separately or as one large space. 3 evaporator fans in one room and 4 fans in the larger room. Capacity of 70 pallet spaces.
