Weisheu 3 Deck Oven

Wiesheu Deck Oven with 3 EBO –S-Deck Ovens_400v50HZ each with comfort control / system panel, integrated steaming generator, internal lights on each deck. Each deck is individually controlled. Configuration has a design extraction hood offering cooling exhaust air. The whole unit is placed on a UG86-underframe that has been modified to incorporate front and rear and/or sliding doors. The complete unit is mounted on non-marking castors. Ideal for small bakery. Middle deck in need of service, otherwise in good working order.
