🩵🩷 Bimba & Buttons 🩷🩵 Bimba and Buttons were just tiny kittens when they were abandoned in an open field and left to fend for themselves. 💔 During their first two days in our founder’s care, they did little but eat and sleep—they were starving 😔 From the very beginning, they stayed close to one another: sleeping together, eating together, and finding comfort in each other. They were still too shy to be handled, but trust was slowly being built while they were kept safe and cared for. A few days later, Bimba wasn't himself.... something was clearly wrong. He became unusually quiet, slept most of the time, and lost his appetite. After initial treatment, he improved enough to visit the vet for a full check-up and neutering. During his examination, the heartbreaking truth was discovered: Bimba had a large tumor in his abdomen. He underwent emergency surgery to remove the mass, and sadly one of his kidneys had to be removed as well. Bimba proved to be an incredibly strong little fighter. He recovered beautifully, and his follow-up tests showed excellent results. Now, he is healthy and finally ready to find his forever home 🥰 Today, both kittens are thriving. 💙 Bimba has blossomed into an energetic, playful, and hilarious little boy full of life. 🩷 Buttons is his gentle opposite—calm, observant, affectionate, and happiest when being stroked. They are not yet lap cats, but they always stay close to their humans, following them from room to room and wanting to be nearby.
