Friendly male cat looking for loving home

Looking for a caring home for this lovely male cat, aged 1-2 years. I have been looking after this cat for the last month or so, believe he may have been lost as is very friendly to humans and super affectionate. I took him to a vet who confirmed his approximate age and details (male, unneutered) and that he is in good health. The vet stated that this little fella is very suitable for adoption. I have tried to find its owner (assuming he was lost) but to no avail (he is not micro chipped). DSPCA and other cat shelters are sadly currently full so hoping he can find a new home.
