After you. Had they stayed in Warrington when they needed to move to bigger premises I’d have happily seen out my working life there. 5 stars isn’t enough👍

Very professional place for years

The best customer service i have ever experienced. The LDV  i drive needed a service and essential repairs. temperature check before i get to the building. friendly staff , left details of what was needed. i was  called to confirm , did not see anyone. the Harris staff did everything. called me to say it was ready. security confirmed my ID and details in order to release the vehicle.

Unexplained charges and very poor communication

My card was charged amounts that do not match the issued invoices. No clear explanation or authorisation was provided.

An overpayment of €1,281.19 was confirmed to be refunded on 17 December, but no refund has been processed, and my official email sent the same day was ignored. Additional charges appeared that were not included in the original estimate.

Communication has been extremely poor, and the issue remains unresolved.
I am honestly left with the impression that I may have been treated this way because I am Polish, which is very disappointing.

I would advise others to carefully check all charges before paying.
