I was completely deceived by this Tallaght Auto Specialists. After thorough research on brake brands, I called to schedule a replacement, agreeing on a specific brand and price. Upon completion, I explicitly asked if they used the requested brand. The technician assured me they had, confidently collecting my payment.

At home, I inspected the work only to discover they had installed another brand. When confronted, the technician shamelessly blamed the supplier and attempted to convince me that this mystery brand was superior and more expensive. It was a blatant lie.

This deception wasn't just about a minor repair; it involved a significant investment in my vehicle's safety. The lack of transparency and outright dishonesty left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. It's a betrayal that will gnaw at me for a long time.

Service providers should always inform customers before making decisions about their vehicle. This center's unethical practices and willingness to mislead customers are unacceptable. Just a heads up - don't fall for their smooth talk. These guys'll say anything to make a quick buck. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place
