Brian Noone Limited is established for over 50 years in the Motor Industry. Based in Maynooth on a 5 acre site just off the M4 motorway, 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. In 2024, I bought a 2 year old Turas 500S from Mark & Dean. I've put almost 50,000kms on it now and its running perfectly.

Any issues were small (such as the door needing tightening) and were dealt with effectively with Robert.

As an owner driver with just 1 vehicle, its essential to have a reliable vehicle and I've been really happy with everything in connection with Noones in Maynooth since day 1.

Left my 2016 mercedes 900 turas noone build coach bus in be repaired have it 4 months now just keep putting me on long finger one excuse after another .we dont have moulds !, we cant get parts !when finally finished robert told me not getting it back untill payment made in full from insurance resulting in futher losses of earnings after was in an accident.
Zurich told them payment would be made as soon as possible but wasnt good enough for him. Didnt mind charging extortionate prices for repairs to insurance  . Never again would I deal with this company couldn't give 3 shits about the customer robert is full of his own self importance only interested sell new buses with no standing by there previous builds .
Years of building buses he says maybe buses 10 years old floors shouldn't be rotting away out them needing boot floor replacement so soon .

Extremely disappointed with the backup service and attitude towards customers, having spent a significant amount on second hand vehicles, and due to covid we couldn’t prior view, we had varying concerns on delivery. Myself and workshop staff being treated as liars on faults discovered were the lowest point, being aggressively spoken to by Robert Noone by telephone was the the final break in any professional relationship. Never purchase a used vehicle unseen from Noone, the customer is always wrong if their are issues and of course it seems being female means you are less intelligent. I was pointed out their “years” in business which was suppose to impress, after discovering in fact it is twenty years less than ourselves operating, as if we were some pop up company being addressed by Robert. What an utter disappointment and more so using the Scottish salesman as a scapegoat to unprofessionalism - a company which cannot and will not speak respectfully with their customers will never succeed, anyone incapable of seeing improvement in business will never flourish, especially if you present yourselves as angry Irishmen who know everything, this is not the time in the coach industry to present such attitude, it’s not a buoyant market.
