Very sad sale of a much loved horse! Has been part of the family for 4 years. Mid to high 4 figures Cavallo 10 year old gelding 16hh Not a plod and can be sharp at times if not worked regularly, therefore not a novice ride. Perfect for vet / farrier / clipping / dentist / loading and travelling Lives out most of the year. Good doer. No vices. Super to work around and loves a fuss. Excellent to hack out alone or in company. Well used to farm machinery. Great on pleasure rides / in the forest. Has been to a few local shows and has been a gentleman. Enjoys jumping but still quite green, hasn’t done much jumping with me but did some cross country schooling last summer. Currently has been out of work since September as I was pregnant. Only for sale as I don’t have the time to give him with 2 young children. He’s wasted at the moment. Needs a confident rider as has thrown an excitable buck on occasion. This is rare when he is in regular work. Absolutely no badness in him. Has never bolted or reared. Does have sweet itch which is managed with rugs and sprays. SOLD FROM THE FIELD as would need brought back into work and I just don’t have the time. Has been barefoot for last 2 years. Up to date with teeth, vaccinations & worming. Has been in perfect health apart from itchy skin in the summer months. No history of colic or laminitis. Serious enquiries only, no time wasters as this is a very difficult sale.
