Beautiful colorful and classy 20 pieces Royal Albert Lady Carlyle pattern bone china gold gilt dinner set for 4 person setting comprising of 4 large dinner plates 10.5 inch diameter, 4 two handled soup coupe bowls measuring 6.75 inches long from handle to handle, 2.55 inches deep and with top opening diameter of 4.75 inches with matching 3 pieces 5.5 inch diameter saucers and 1 piece 6.75 inch saucer, 4 fruit / dessert bowls 5.5 inch diameter and 1.5 inch deep, 2 rimmed soup bowls 8.25 inch diameter and 1.75 inch deep and 2 plates 7.25 inch diameter. Lady Carlyle was introduced in 1944. It is a classic example of the romantic floral tradition of Royal Albert. The intricate pattern features a deep pink border complemented by a highly stylized floral design integrating a large pink rose, bluebells and forget-me-nots. Elaborate gold scrolls recall the curvaceous and extravagant rococo styles of the18th century. Made in England. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks and crazings. Please see my other ads.
