Vintage classy and elegantly beautiful colorful 21 pieces Royal Albert Lady Carlyle pattern bone china tea set for 6 person setting comprising of 6 tea cups, 6 saucers, 6 bread and butter plates, 1 eared oval cake plate, 1 sugar bowl and 1 milk jug. Lady Carlyle was introduced in 1944. It is a classic example of the romantic floral tradition of Royal Albert. The intricate pattern features a deep pink border complemented by a highly stylized floral design integrating a large pink rose, bluebells and forget-me-nots. Elaborate gold scrolls recall the curvaceous and extravagant rococo styles of the18th century. Made in England. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks and crazings. Please see my other ads.
