Antique Brass Jewelry Caskets

Antique French ormolu and beveled glass jewelry caskets, typically dating from the late 19th or early 20th century.  Features thick beveled glass panels held together by an ornate, gilded metal (ormolu) frame.  These caskets includes delicate filigree work, a hinged lid. Popular during the Victorian and Edwardian eras, these boxes were used to store precious jewelry, trinkets, or keepsakes.  These are considered decorative antiques, highly sought after for their craftsmanship and historical charm. 12inch Long, 8inch Wide, 6inch High. 10inch Long, 6inch Wide, 5inch High.
