📍 Origin: Embossed with “I. G. O’Donoghue, Henn Street, Wine & Spirit Merchant, Killarney”, this original stoneware jug was used by a local Irish merchant. A charming example of 19th to early 20th-century Irish commercial pottery. 📏 Dimensions: Height: 39 cm (approximately 15.3 inches) 🏷 Maker’s Mark: Stamped “Price 21 Bristol”, indicating it was manufactured by Price’s pottery works in Bristol, a known supplier of glazed stoneware bottles and jugs during this era. 🧱 Material & Condition: Made of salt-glazed stoneware with a rich two-tone glaze – caramel brown to top and beige below. The jug is in good antique condition with minor surface marks appropriate for its age. Handle and spout intact.
