Each plate is made from pressed brass and features traditional Dutch genre scenes inspired by Golden Age paintings: – Domestic and tavern interiors – Winter ice-skating (“IJsvermaak”) scenes These plates were produced in Holland and sold widely across Europe as decorative wall pieces.
