Claughaun GAA Club Memorabilia

A collection of memorabilia from Claughaun GAA Club Limerick City. It includes a copy of The Boys of Claughaun 1902-2002 by Sean Murphy, a celebration of 100 years of the club. It contains 450 pages of details and photographs of the officials, teams, players and events related to the club. There is also a copy of a dissertation on The History of Claughaun GAA Club submitted by student Tom Condon as part of his BA at Thomond College of Education in 1981. There is also a copy of the programme prepared for the opening of the Club Grounds on 6th May 1979, again with photographs and details of the club’s growth and some of its famous players and officials over the years. There is also a copy of The Irish Sports Council Sports Service Awards 2003 which was held in Limerick recognising the achievements of local people in various sports. All In excellent condition.
