Created by Mercy Nuns in 1936, presented to the band in 1937, first outing leading the band in St Patrick's Day 1937, wonderful embroidery patchwork and lettering. 4ft 1½ inch x 2 ft 10½ inches, small damage to the linen at the right hand side, impressive unique nostalgic piece.
