Description
Beautiful hand carved abstract stone sculpture purchased in Jamaica. Stylised figurative design carved from white and grey veined stone, believed to be Jamaican alabaster. A substantial solid stone piece with lovely natural variations and veining throughout. Approx 25cm high x 15cm wide. Unsigned. In good pre-owned condition with natural variations and age related marks consistent with a hand carved stone piece. A very unusual decorative sculpture and a lovely example of Jamaican stone craft. Collection only
