Very rare 1974 Irish Telephone Directory

Been in a Dark cupboard most of it's life, hence the condition. In very good condition, with no pages missing, etc., and no dog ears or creasing of pages, which is quite rare. The front cover has two phone numbers and a name written in pencil. Could be easily removed, but adds to the 'Patina' , for it's age! Only one for sale anywhere! Very rare and hard to find in this condition. Would like it to go to a museum/bygone days etc. or someone with an original Irish 'Telefon' box etc. Will sell for €120 euros or your best offer....
