Very rare Children’s “Blue Elf” plate.

A wonderful example of a child’s “Blue Elf” plate made by the Stangl Pottery (U.S.A.) c.1960’s. All hand decorated – it has a picture of an elf carrying a mushroom to shelter from the rain.
