It was handmade (about 100 Years Ago or so) by the State Judicial Hatmaker (and Robe Maker) of France - BOSC (at the Boulevard de Sébastopol in Paris - close to the Palace of Justice). It is in Excellent Condition and is Adjustable in Size. This (Very Rare) Collection Also Comes With a Set of Some Heavy English (UK) Law (Legal) Books - plus a Gown , a Bib and some Historical Remnants of Shredded (Old) Bits of (Judicial) Cloth.
