Vintage Interlocking Chairs

Hand-carved wooden interlocking chairs, commonly known as an African tribal folding or "birthing" chair. Crafted from dark teak hardwood featuring a detailed manual carving of a giraffe and a palm tree on the backrest and other one featuring an elephant and a palm tree design on the backrest. Built from two flat wooden panels that slide and lock together to form a seat and a curved backrest. Both in excellent condition.
