Description
Vintage Royal Doulton "Bois Roussel" Ceramic Racehorse figurine set onto the original wooden Plinth. Approx. 22cm high x 28cm long. Part of the Connoisser collection, designed in 1947 and issued until 1989. Bois Roussel was a French-bred Thoroughbred champion racehorse who won the 1938 Epsom Derby. In a Brown Matt Finish it is Hallmarked with the Royal Doulton Stamp underneath. There are no chips or cracks and is in excellent Vintage Condition. Perfect for horse enthusiasts and collectors.
