On May 25, I rented a Renault Megane 201KE2495 for 2 days.  At the time of collection, the car was carefully filmed with an indication of the existing damage, but a few missed damages had to be shown.  After driving a kilometer, it turned out that the air conditioning did not work.  I called the rental company to report the problem.  They said it was probably a refrigerant leak.  When returning the car, I said that I expect redundancy for the fact that the air conditioning does not work in the car, especially since we hit the weather with high temperatures.  The service said, however, that no refund is due because the rental time was too short.  I do not understand this approach because I paid for renting a working car and received a faulty one.  I do not recommend this Go Rental branch and when picking up the car, I advise you to carefully check that all systems are in working order.
