From the moment I reached out through Carzone, he replied instantly on WhatsApp and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when buying a car. The whole transaction was effortless and he kept in touch every step of the way. He delivered the car directly to my mum within 24 hours of the first message, fully serviced, NCT’d until September 2026, spotless inside and out, and took his time showing her all the controls so she felt confident and comfortable. She was absolutely delighted. Buying from a distance can be stressful, but Darren’s professionalism, honesty and kindness made it completely seamless.
