Was looking to upgrade my first bike which was bought in Terence Healey motorcycles last year . And since the service was over the expectations last year l decided to go back to Terence again for my second bike. If you looking for decent service and 6 months warranty on any bike Terence should be your choice. Hes quality and customer service is impossible to beat.

Hi had a great experience at Terence Healy Motorcycles. There was lots of bikes to choose from too l found a bike to suit me there and Terence was very helpful in helping me to pick my new bike l also felt l was not been rushed to making a decision which l found to be a big help. Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish when I purchased my first bike. I was met be pleasant and helpful staff from the moment I entered, and was given brilliant guidance and advice by Terence on suitable bikes for a learner rider, which can be a daunting process. My children who were with me were made to feel very welcome (haribo sweets provided by the staff!), and the shop has a welcoming atmosphere and a good number of customers browsing. The bike I purchased was in excellent condition, and came with some tasteful modifications already installed by the previous owner. I was provided with a full history of the bike, and the process of VRT and registering the bike into my name was all carried out by the shop. Terence was very accessible and helpful by phone, as was Janelle by email. On collection day, I was met at the train station by Janelle, and was brought to the shop, which was a nice touch. Bike was fully prepared, and Terence had arranged fitting of additional parts that I had purchased. The bike was prepared immaculately. The handover process was smooth and quick, and the provided 10% discount voucher was promptly spent on maintenance items in the shop, again with expert guidance from Terence on appropriate purchases. I was sent on my way with an open invite to pop in for a chat and a coffee any time I happen to be passing the shop. After sales service has been excellent, as I needed a dealer letter for the tax office to get the KWh rating on the logbook for the driving test, and this letter was provided promptly at no extra charge. Overall, I can only say excellent things about my experience, and I would have no hesitation in returning to purchase another bike from Terence in future. Many thanks for the help and guidance.
