Our car broke down outside Glenbeigh on our tour to the Ring of Kerry. We are from Galway so a long way home! I never met Jerry before but was so lucky that the AA sent him! He was very prompt and knew the local area where we broke down. He brought and the car and us to his garage. He even knew a taxi driver that could take us to Killarney to seek accommodation. He also advised us on a great recommendation for thar. Within a day, he had my car back up and running as he ordered the parts quickly. It wasn't just his skill as a mechanic that impressed me. It was his friendly, chatty, positive attitude! He kept us in the loop every step of the way. A man with excellent local knowledge, I knew we were in safe hands all the way and will never be forgotten.

First class service ! We broke down at the base of Carauntoohill after a long hike in the rain and contacted Jerry O'Sullivan motors (after 5pm) for assistance. They came recommended from the shop nearby. Paul arrived within the hour as agreed, and quickly diagnosed problem then recovered the car back to his yard. Paul went out of his way to arrange overnight accommodation for us and our 2 young children and also arranged an onward taxi for us. Paul had the new starting motor delivered and fitted in under 24 hrs and we were back on the road to continue our holiday. We arrived back to the uk without any further issue after repairs. In what could have been a disaster for us , Paul went out of his way to help in everyway possible. I would 100% recommend Jerry O'Sullivan motors to anyone in need.
